Here it is. My video collage of our trip to the Dominican Republic with my cousin and her family and colleagues to build houses through the Canadian charity Live Different. It was a life-changing experience. Even though I contracted pneumonia and missed the building part, I dearly want to go there again next year. I understate things in saying “the other half,” of course, because poverty is a massive problem around the globe. As one of the young men on our build said, “You can’t change the world. You can change the world for someone.”
